Understanding the financial considerations

We aim to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about purchasing an apartment within Oceangrove. Oceangrove Seniors Living Village operates under Leasehold arrangement. You pay an upfront payment, called an ingoing contribution, and this entitles you to live in your apartment for a lease period of 99 years. There is no Stamp Duty payable. You pay a departure fee, also known as a Deferred Management Fee (DMF)

As Oceangrove is under Leasehold arrangement, there is no stamp duty to pay when you move into Oceangrove.
